VIRGIN Media has scored a deal with Setanta Sports to show live Premiership football.
It means Virgin Media will now be the only provider to offer all Premier League matches under a single contract.
The deal comes ahead of the the new football season starts on August 11.
Customers who take out a TV package will get six Setanta sports channels free.
Malcolm Wall at Virgin Media said: 'This deal will transform TV sport.'
It comes after BSkyB failed to agree a deal to allow Sky channels to be used by Virgin customers.
